Did not help Plantar Fasciitis
I have heel pain due to plantar fasciitis and heel spurs. I tried these inserts in my running shoes and ended up with blisters and more heel pain. Then I tried them in a pair of flats and they provided no relief. I gave them to my Mom who has high arches and she loves.
