I received this on July 9th and life changed. It was such an amazing massage! I regularly have back pain issues - muscles that lock up and this is so helpful. For me this is a perfect resolution to a desperately needed massage! The ability to control the pressure with the straps and freely move the massager around is brilliant! The single star is because about 32 days after receipt and approximately 3 full charges (as needed) it no longer holds a charge! Very frustrating considering it was a selling point me and there are many similar modules - not all are "cordless". The good news is it still works. I can't return it now so I'll use it plugged in. Sorry Etekcity, I wanted to give you an extraordinary review because I really am pleased with the actual message but I have to be real in a product review.
