I'm not sure what happened to my last review. Apparently, it was taken down (likely because GeoOrbital didn't like it and successfully had it removed). But I read the post from the guy who said that he wheel broke down and felt the need to re-post something. I had a similar experience except mine was less pleasant than his. GeoOrbital (Michael Potts, Marketing Manager to be precise) promised me a partial refund if I sent the wheel back. I did that and they went completely silent. They have my wheel. They won't refund me as promised and won't attempt to fix it. So I am out of $1000 + am uncompensated for the headaches. Save yourself the trouble and look for an alternative. It is true that the wheel has received some press coverage. But that's because it is innovative, is not reflective of long term durability. It is an innovative design, but all of the electronics are in the front wheel--the part of the bike that is the most subject to stress. Unfortunately, don't expect this product to last or be dependable.
