I purchased this chair on Sept. 9, 2016 and was very pleased with my selection (by the way I paid $100 it's now $83). Looks great, feels great and assembly was a breeze. Back in January I noticed the stitching in the seat was seperating. I weigh 200 lbs so I don't think it was my weight that caused it. It was under warranty so I cantacted the company and sent them a picture of the defect. No problem, they were ordering me a new seat. That was on 1-31-2017. Today is 4-4-2017 and still no seat. The person I've been dealing with says she'll let me know when the seat is coming but she has to wait to here from the factory. I assume it's in China so good luck I'm thinking. The companys motto is, and I quote, "Our mission is to provide our customers with a world class service experience." I'm sorry to say this is not world class. The person that is working with me is wonderful but the company service leaves alot to be desired. So be cautious when purchasing this product. UPDATE Waiting for over three months for seat replacement as the stiching in seat is coming appart. Company motto is; "Our mission is to provide our customers with a world class service experience." Don't believe it. Amazon should be ashamed for selling such shody mechandise.
