Broken upon arrival
Opened the box upon arrival and found the knob was off the torch. Looking further I found the broken screw that allowed the knob to fall off. Per the instructions in the box, I emailed the provider and they responded back telling me they needed pictures and order information. I could get no other emails to go through, with or without the pictures.
