Never have I have written a review, for the most part: never had to. Most people give the products a great honest review, enough to help others know whether or not to buy. However, I have never been so disappointed with a product either, never been inclined to warn others not to buy something as well. This is honestly a piece of crap. I purchased this item as my room is the farthest from the box, and I was hoping this cable would do the trick. Let me explain the reason why I gave almost everything a 1-star. 1 - Overall : This thing sucks, don't buy it. End of story. 1 - Material: It looks and feels flimsy. From the picture(s) I expected a strong durable cable, but this looks like one rip and it's over. Apparently, even IF you don't rip it, it's bound to get ruined, but that's the next category. But more on the material, the nails and 'clip' or whatever you call it (the white plastic meant to hold the cable in place), are just as terrible. They are more likely to hold a piece of paper on the wall than this cable, I had to constantly put many nails on the wall, yet it was so easy to remove them once I realized this cable wasn't working. Hell, gum or even stickers would be harder to remove than these nails. Super cheap material we're talking about here. 1 - Durability - I got this item shipped to my door not even 3 or 4 days ago, and it already stopped working. I went as far as believing my computer was the problem, thinking "Oh no, it can't be the new cable I just bought, despite it being a 'good deal', it's good quality". I went ahead and even restored my laptop to an earlier state/date, and still nothing. Then realized, hey, I have a second laptop, lets test it on that. Nothing. Neither laptop even recognize the cable. It just stopped working for literally no reason. I didn't use the cable excessively, and I spammed so many nails in the wall someone thought I was decorating for Christmas already. 2 - Versatility - This item is obviously a joke, so I went ahead and gave the last rating possible a 2, because I'm sure if you're creative enough, you can probably use the materials for something else. Maybe you can use the nails for a drama, or a tire-popper. Maybe you can use the plastic pieces to build something. Maybe you can use the ethernet cable as a jump rope or something. Hey, anything is possible. Point being, this item was terrible, and I have learned at least two things: to finally start rating/reviewing things to warn/tell people whether to buy something, and to buy something as weak-material as this. I'll be returning this item.
