I wanted this mop because it offered me the opportunity to use my own healthy cleaning solutions without having to use pre-made, chemical-laden cleaners. I so regret this purchase! I read others’ reviews stating the head detached too easily; still others said how much they loved it and never had a problem with the head detaching. Who to believe??? Well ... IT DETACHES! You dust, you sweep, and you’re wrapping your cleaning up with the final step: mopping. And the stupid mop head keeps detaching. I’m ready to be done with housecleaning for the day but can’t get finished without stopping MULTIPLE times to reattach the mop head! Not sure if I’ve missed a deadline to return, but I sure will be looking into it! O-Cedar, you’re better than this! There have been enough complaints about this issue that you should realize you have a design flaw and fix it!
