I bought this because of lower back pain. I'm very active - Basketball, Softball, Hiking. But I get lower back pain if I stand without moving too long. I searched and the price is low but you get what you pay for. Hey ! it looks good but it simply is too flimsy and offers no support. It folds and rolls over if you move. PLUS - When you order they try to sign you up for some coupon subscription at $$ a month and buy other Copper Fit products.If you really need support look elsewhere this is just good marketing of a poor product.
