Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

Based on the reviews and the ad claims, I had high hopes for this product. Now I can see why some of the reviews were only worthy of one star. This is NOT QUICK! Just trying to get the fabric under the fastening plate was an effort without three hands (I have two). Difficult not to press on the needle arm which causes the needle to go down making it impossible to get the fabric under the fastening plate while struggling to lift the fastning plate at the same time. And, you're supposed to avoid pulling the thread to prevent the seam from unraveling - Easier said than done. I ended up using a needle and thread and my alterations took minutes compared to the hours I spent trying to make the Stitch Sew Quick work "quickly".....
