In less than one year, the printhead died with errorcode B200. There are many youtube vidoes on how to remove this errorcode. Each involves tossing the Canon Printer out of a 2nd floor window. New printheads cost almost as much as a new printer (~$100) and you won't know if it fixes your problem until you've risked your money on the new part. I'd be surprised if I ran more than two reams of paper thru this printer before it failed. When I first got the printer, the scanner was a bit difficult to setup. Took a few arcane steps to make it work. Beyond that, it has worked fine. I'd give this printer 5 stars if it weren't for the poor quality of the printhead. They use this design in a number of models, so beware.
