Not Sure About This
This oil smells "slightly" like olive oil, but is not thickening when refrigerated. That's the best way to tell if it Really is Olive oil. Real olive oil always goes semi-solid in the fridge, while "vegetable" oils do not. I'll just stick to California Olive Growers.
