I was really excited to receive this set of drill bits. The index is really nice, and the bits themselves seemed true and of good quality. However, after using just two drill bits (Letter I and 5/32"), I unfortunately opted to send them back. The I bit lasted about three holes before the tip became damaged and would no longer cut (this was in a drill press using low RPM and cutting fluid). The second bit bent at the shank when used in a hand drill in 1/16" mild steel, with minimal force. Maybe I got a bad set, or maybe quality has gone downhill...who knows. after reading the 5 star reviews I was really hoping that this would be the last set of bits I'd ever need to buy. I would have given these a second chance given that they have a "lifetime warranty", but after a couple of emails to the company with no response, I've decided to continue my search for a set of quality bits from a company with actual customer service.
