POOR QC! Beware of cracked lightning tips! I purchased the 2-pack of cables - one was perfectly fine, the other must have had a slight fracture crack and when I went to use it for the FIRST TIME, I noticed it didn’t connect well and the new iPhone failed to recognize it. In an attempt to replug the lightning cable in the phone, I pulled it out, not forcefully or any different from how I would normally disconnect and noticed the very tip of the connector frame was lodged in the charging port! I’ve seen lightning connectors break or snap at the base due to user mishandling, but this was just the very tip of the frame which made it difficult to remove. It was a pain to dig out and I could have very easily damaged the charging contacts in the charging port.
