As others have stated, these are anything but easy swallow. Both my husband and I had the same issue of them getting painfully stuck in our throat, and we're therefore unable to take them enough to determine if they provided any benefit. . The size and shape they chose to make these was a major miscalculation. Hopefully they will make this product in a different shape so people can actually use it.
