Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I thought I'd give this a try despite mixed reviews. On the low setting, it's hard to tell it is on. On the higher setting, it makes a somewhat unpleasant hum yet doesn't move enough air to dry a sweaty face. You'd be better off with a hand operated paper fan. It would be a really cute small modern design desk fan if it worked. As far as I could tell it wasn't broken or defective, just worthless.
