Not for heavy curtains
We intended to use this for our east-facing guest room. The rod installed easily, and the standard grommet topped curtains easily slipped over it. However, we need heavier blackout curtains. These are only three panels, 72'' long, and the rod bows terribly. It might bow less for lighter-weight curtains, but extended to 106'', it is not rigid enough for heavy drapes.
