Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

This ink has caused my printer to just malfunction as a whole. The ink is horrible quality and I want my money back but these belong in the garbage not for me to go out of my way to return them. Garbage! UPDATE: after this review, the seller reached out to me requesting me to delete the negative comment, and only after that would they refund my money, for a product that never worked. Refusing my refund unless the negative comment was deleted. I believe I should receive a refund anyway because I had to throw them out. I don’t know how amazon allows reviews on poor products to be bribed into misinformation in order to get your money back on faulty products
