I replaced this item twice. I was expecting to have sharpness with precision lines. What I received was a dull pair of clippers. I cut hair often and children ask for certain designs and I could not get pass the dullness of the blades on the silver and the gold. So I sent them back. I should be able to touch the scalp and see a line of hair missing immediately. The battery life decreased a lot on the silver ones. I was not impressed at all. Really was looking forward to using them for sharp designs for back to school hair cut days.
