Stay away from this piece of junk! I thought this would be a great mat for doing my ab workouts, but after using this for a few days the horrible smell made me sick. I did a little research and discovered this is made out of PVC, which is a highly toxic chemical. This mat is loaded with phthalates, which means you could be exposed to endocrine disrupting chemicals among many other scarier things. Do yourself a favor and invest in an eco friendly option for your health.
