We purchased this scale to weigh packages we ship UPS. We typically ship boxes ranging from 6 x 6 x 6 to 24 x 24 x 24 and weighing between 2 - 10 lbs. This scale seemed to be be what we needed. There did not seem to be any damage to packaging or unit. After following the user's manual to setup the scale, we tried to test the scale by weighing several items on this Accuteck scale and another scale, with the Accuteck scale all weights resulted in 0 lb. 0.0 oz. (see attached image) while the other scale produced results we expected to see. We contacted the manufacturer's product support number listed in the user's manual and did not get it to work. We are returning the product.
