I loved it at first. I bought it to use sitting all day at work. I tried it at home for couple days and then noticed that the left wheel (when using it sitting) was barely on the metal plate. I thought it would be OK at long since it was still technically on the plate. I was wrong. I've had it for three days, and now the wheel is riding on the edge of the plate, I give it another day and it will be completely off the plate. :( I'm not one to send things back, so I guess I am just out 100 bucks. :( Update: Day 4. I have it at work and it has started making a lot of noise. There is no way for me to see what is wrong, as the noise is internal to the machine. I will keep it at the office until the complaints start, but it is getting pretty noisy. Update: Day 5. Because one wheel is riding on the edge of the base, it has now developed a most annoying squeak. Not office friendly. Alas, into the trash it goes. Great concept, horrible implementation. I have attached a picture to show how one wheel is entirely on the edge of the base instead of on the base.The base is attached the only way it can. There is no way to adjust it or the pedal to make it ride on the base instead of the edge. This will be my last update. I contacted the company who has not bothered to respond. Not even with a form letter. This is the only bad review I have ever given, so I don't do so lightly. Don't waste your money like I did.
