I bought this juicer because very very high reviews and satisfactions on Amazon review. First one week, I was really happy to get this juicer. I thought it was one of the five I've ever bought in my entire life. But ! After one week I used it, I put second juicing to put wasted wheatgrass from chute as usual. All of sudden, I heard something cracked noise. Then I stop the juicer immediatelly and checked inside but I couldn't find anything that time. Next day I was juicing wheatgrasses like daily chore and it was happened. Big cracked noise occured and I stopped the juicer with surprise and deassembled it . I found big crack on its plastic nozzle and also juicing screen is bent and taken it away from where it should placed to be. After big surprising was gone I carefully read Amazon reviews AGAIN. Then I found A LOT OF CRACK case were written in espetially One star reviews with Amazon verified customers. I figured out this horizontal type of slow juicer has wrong design. I mean not only omega but also all kind of these horizontal slow juicer. Their nose is too small and pressure of squeeze is too high! How can they avoid from cracking as long as they keep this design. Actually I am kind of mechanical person. I designed automoble parts and machines before. So believe me what I'm saying. It was lucky enough I could return this juicer to Amazon without extra cost. After that I bought vertical type slow juicer Omega VRT330S. It has better design because its juicing screen is much bigger than 8006. It sometimes clog but it doesn't harm or make crack. I hope it stay long.
