I bought this vacuum 8/2017. It was my second Dyson. The first one stopped working after 3 years. This one stopped working properly in December, after 4 months of light use. It actually started failing before December but I contacted Dyson finally in December. Worst customer service ever! My vacuum has been sent back for repair and returned working worse than when I sent it in. But they don’t offer to repair it for you until you have jumped thru multiple hoops. And they are rude about it. I’ve cleaned every filter multiple times even tho the thing doesn’t work well enough to get dirty. I’ve watched their videos. I done everything multiple times that’s supposed to fix it but it doesn’t fix it. When I took it in to ship it for repair the UPS Store saw me coming and said “Oh no, not another Dyson!” Well that’s no good. For the price of the vacuum they should replace it no questions asked. But believe me they don’t. I’ve been emailing with them since December. My vacuum still does not work.
