This product requires you to download software that you cannot install unless you give it permissions to everything, your contacts, camera, microphone, every possible permission, about 25 of them to this Chinese company. Otherwise you don't have a remote, scheduling, mapping or any controls. My vacuum cleaner doesn't need to know all of my friends emails and phone numbers. Also, the customer service number provided doesn't work and neither does the mapping function.
