Shark products and company are fraudulent
Purchased a Shark Navigator vacuum. Received on Nov.30 assembled it the next day. It did not work. Contacted the manufacturer and after their troubleshooting determined the motor was defective. They then told me the only remedy was for me to BUY ANOTHER MOTOR FOR $71.00. They said the warranty DID NOT cover the motor despite this being a brand new product. This is clearly a fraudulent company and buyers should BEWARE!!!!
