so you iron this on and to be honest its not that hard once you watch the tutorials online (which are hard to find) and the final product 10 minutes after is good. but then you toss it in the washer following all instructions and it all goes bad. everything starts peeling and cracking and after 2 washes, you can't even tell what was there before. i suggest the AVERY Transfer Paper for stretch and hold.
