The Kindle Paperwhite doesn't really need one?
I love the Tech Armor brand, so I bought a set of covers to help protect my Kindle. But, after trying them out, I came to the conclusion you don't really want them. The stars isn't a reflection of material quality, which is as high as any other Tech Armor product. The stars reflect actually putting a screen of this type on the Kindle. Primarily, you bought a kindle, not a kindle fire. So the difference in screen texture is presumably a feature you desire. It has entirely different aesthetics under different lighting conditions than does a more traditional lcd screen ala tablets. Placing a plastic screen on the Kindle brings unpleasant aspects of that screen and basically obliterates the "feature" of the e-ink screen with a non-reflective surface. Being able to read on a "screen" that looks much like a piece of paper is natural for the fiction reading I do, and it's nice to differentiate this pleasure reading from all the technical reading I do for my job, which typically takes place on higher resolution displays. Also, the screen does not flush to the edges, and since this device has a raised bevel (instead of a flat bevel under the surface of the glass like most tablets), this space between the screen and the protector will pickup and collect lint, dust, etc. Sorry Tech Armor, you're my standby choice for all other devices, but I don't think covers are appropriate for the Kindle.
