Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I don't normally go out of my way to write a review, but I just wanted to warn others of what I ran into... I received this product promptly and at first was very happy with the quality and application. But after no more than one or two uses it RAN OUT!!! I opened the applicator to see what was going on, and sure enough, there was only the bare remnants of product (on the crayon end) remaining in the cartridge, when it should have been completely full at that point... This has happened twice in a row, the first being perhaps a quarter full, so I shrugged it off to the crayon snapping and falling out when I wasn't looking... Someone is making a lot of money with this scam, and I am humbling whoever purchases to beware. I notified amazon and they are sending me a replacement free of charge, but who knows if it will be any different. I will update this post once it arrives. It's a shame the consumer has to worry about things like this when purchasing online...
