Received the product and when I opened it I noticed it was in a return bag, meaning someone else bought this exact one and returned it. Guess I know why, the zipper is completely broken! What the hell?! You can see where someone tried to get it back on the track because there are frayed pieces of thread and the zipper is stretched out so it wouldn’t even fit on there anyway. Do you not check your returned items when they are shipped back or do you just repackage them and get them back into your inventory?! This product will not work unless you can zip it up! Extremely disappointed as I needed this costume for a birthday party this weekend. Ugh, do better.
