Was hoping for better. After researching trackers I settled on this one but I'm not sure if I will continue my service with them. First off- The device itself is ok, hasn't fallen off the collar but the battery life could be better. As for using the app- It's ok to navigate but when you go to live tracking more than half the time it says poor connection and can't do it, now I live in a major city, there should be no connection issues... Tracking- The actual tracking is kind of ridiculous- my dog was at a friend's house and I was showing them the tracking and it showed the dog running through the neighborhood when the dog was playing right in the other room! So it has issues on GPS which makes it hard to track your dog if it actually runs away. Subscription- Yes you cancel anytime, yes you save money by buying longer-term, yes it's a monthly cost. BUT.... You have to buy in year terms, you can't just try it out for month. So I bought 1 year thinking I'll just cancel if it's not working... Well I had no issues canceling it but guess what!? Your Subscription is canceled at the end of the year! Yep, since you paid for the year they offer no refunds and the device will just stop working at the end of your term... Overall, not very pleased....
