This watch has a lot of bugs and Fitbit is not dealing with them. Watch has Bluetooth connection problems (connected, not connected, connected, not connected). Syncing issues (says its syncing but no information is transferred). I bought three watches and I'm having the same problem with two of them. Very frustrating when support cant seem to resolve and there is no information online to help troubleshoot. They had me delete and reconnect twice to no avail. Looking at blogs a lot of people are having the same problem.
