Compared to the Bunn MyCafe which we replaced, this machine takes forever to make a cup of coffee. With the Bunn, you put the Kcup in, add water and press the button. Within 30 seconds, you have a cup of coffee. With this, you add water and wait (what seems interminably) for a brew light, then press the brew button. After more waiting, it draws the water in and (you guessed it) wait for 2 MORE minutes for it to brew. Plenty of time to pour water into your kettle and boil it for your tea. THis machine is going back, and we'll get a new MyCafe.
