This bag is lovely in many ways - Perfect size for a personal item on a plane. Lots of compartments to keep your things organized. Tiny yet fits lots of stuff. Sleek. Loved the security pocket. However, there is ZERO cushioning on the bottom of this bag for your laptop. There is cushioning on both sides of the compartment you slide it into, but ZERO on the bottom. When traveling recently, I hung the backpack on the hook of a bathroom stall. It slipped off and slammed into the floor, bottom first. Just from the sound I knew something was wrong. I opened it up and low and behold, my personal laptop was critically damaged from the 5 foot drop onto tile/cement. The entire thing was warped horribly and clearly there was internal damage was malfunctioning upon use. The fingerpad/mouse no longer works. I spent a lot of money replacing my computer. I wish I'd spent money on a different backpack.
