I’ve used sonic for 20 yrs... Can’t go back to a manual.. But, I find them crazy expensive (now that I pay retail for them after leaving the dental field) And I’ve never had one last more than 3 yrs. Diamond is the best, I just can not justify the $200.00... replacing the heads is quite costly also especially because the whole family uses this brush.
