Be Careful if you have G.I. issues.
3 Days was enough for me. I had diarrhea for 3 days straight after starting this. Felt strange, light headed, and by the 3rd day, I just felt nauseous and sick. I quit and a day later was feeling much better. I have GI issues and unfortunately, I didn't research the ingredients before trying this (as it was given to me as a gift).
After being sick for a few days I started researching and I think I found what was the culprit for my system. The product contains Huperzine-A and that can cause issues for sensitive systems.
Here are the Hup-A side effects from WebMD:
Huperzine A is POSSIBLY SAFE when taken by mouth for a short period of time (less than 3 months). It can cause some side effects including nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, sweating, blurred vision, slurred speech, restlessness, loss of appetite, contraction and twitching of muscle fibers, cramping, increased saliva and urine, inability to control urination, high blood pressure, and slowed heart rate.
Under *Special Warnings*
Gastrointestinal (GI) tract blockage:
There is a concern that using huperzine A might make GI blockage worse. That is because huperzine A can increase mucous and fluid secretions in the intestine, causing “congestion.”

So I had those side effects plus I have major issues with GI blockages so I stopped immediately.
Maybe this will be great stuff for you, but it was definitely not for me.
