I bought this product on June 1st and returned it June 11th! I really had high hopes as a stylist who does tons of weddings and have long hair of my own. I was in mid sentence talking about how I liked the new iron when it got stuck in my hair , bad! I have alot of hair so when I had to snip it out I was no worse for the ware, but I am totally horrified to think of what would have happened if I was using it on a bride.... My hair got wrapped around the rotary motor somehow maybe its just to long... But there is no release option so if the hair is in there, even if you unplug it...the heat element is still hot...a YouTube catastrophe waiting to happen..save your money!
