I have been using this pan around twice a week for the past two months. The size is great and my bread bakes beautifully, never sticks. However, I started noticing little black specks and flakes on my dough, and realized that the pan's coating is flaking off from friction from the lid. The lid glides off and on easily, but the coating is still flaking easily. This seems unsafe to eat and unfortunately I will not be using the pans anymore. Please see photos.
