Not actually hypoallergenic
I had contact dermatitis, source unknown, while using other shampoo/conditioner products prior to this. My dermatologist was SURE that it was impossible for the Free and Clear products to cause any skin issues, so I started using this shampoo/conditioner. While the shampoo is fine, and I still use it, it took the better part of a year to figure out that this conditioner was the cause of continuing contact dermatitis on my face and neck. It took so long to figure out because this product was suppose to be SO hypoallergenic, so we never suspected it could be the cause. Nope. Once I stopped using it, my rashes cleared up in a week.
So if you are using this conditioner on the assumption it is the ultimate hypoallergenic product, and you still have skin issues, it's quite likely this could be the cause.
Otherwise it performs OK as a conditioner. I accepted the not great conditioning because I was so desperate for a hypoallergenic product, but it's not a great conditioner in general. The best part is it's basically scent-free.
