I bought this mug about 4 months ago and really like it. Unfortunately, about week ago, the lid cracked while I sealed it. Is it possible to get replacement or just buy another one? The mug is really good, but lid is not strong enough..... [Edit] I changed my review to 1 star and here is the reason: the company does not backing up their warranty policy. I sent them e-mail 3 days ago asking to replace cracked lid and got no answer. The lid covers by the warranty, but looks like the Contigo does not care....: Warranty covers the following: - Material Issues - Workmanship Issues - Defective Products - Mugs, Bottles, Replacement Lids - Purchased in the US and Canada
