Buy $15 dollar hot plates from wal mart instead
Cuisinart should be ashamed to put their name on this product and cause their long time customers to feel they are getting Cuisinart quality. You too Amazon!!! Shame on you both. Bought 12/15/2017 to cook breakfast in mornings. Worked until 10/11/2018. Now they want me to invest in shipping to repair. Will use that money to buy one at Walmart.
