I bought this dust collector in July of 2018 for my cnc router. Suction was impressive. Noise level wasn't too bad. Suction declines as the cloth bag gets clogged with dust. Depending upon usage this could need to be cleaned out every time you empty the plastic dust bag. I'm not sure if there is a modification to add a better filtration system from Grizzly or Jet. Approx March 2019 I started hearing a noise after powering off as the motor/impeller wound down. It has gotten progressively worse and I have diagnosed it as the main motor/impeller shaft going bad. I have called Woodtek four times so far. They called back once and left a voicemail to call back and have since stopped responding to my calls. This comes with a 2 year warranty which should cover this defect but only if they respond. I am writing this review primarily to see if someone from Woodtek is checking these reviews but as well to let people know that their customer service/technical support may not be as reliable as one would hope. I will update if they respond.
