Worthless.
I cannot believe that Norton sells this product.
It is a nothing more than a 220 grit waterstone with slurry channels that goes out of flatness so fast that it is completely worthless.
This is NOT a reference plane in any sense of the word. If you want a true reference plane to flatten your waterstones get a truly flat piece of mirror glass and use 180 or 220 grit silicon carbide wet/dry sandpaper.
