Update: got an email from the vendor offering me $100 to change my 3 star review to 5 star. I think that lacks integrity. I've downgraded now to one star. Maybe they could spend the money on updating the problems with the clock instead of tricking people with false reviews.... First of all, the 'infinite' dimming settings? Nope. The very lowest setting before turning blank is way too bright. The buttons to set the clock on the back are teeny tiny, poorly labeled and too numerous. There is ONE spinning dial to adjust: light dimness plus loudness plus the time plus alarm time. I frequently change the time I wake, so I'm afraid I'd be adjusting the wrong thing. No backup, either. So I'd be repeating the ten minutes it took to set the current time and alarm every time there was a few mins of power outage. Way too fussy, can't imagine dealing with all those little buttons when I'm groggy. Looks nice, but can't trust a clock that resets to 12:00 if the plug is jiggled....
