It came well packaged, was easy to unroll and there was virtually no off gassing. BUT. If you weigh more than 75lbs do not get this bed (I weigh 180). The top side was so soft that I sunk into it like a marshmallow. My back hurt so bad when I got up. I turned it upside down and slept on the "hard" bottom side and that was perfect. But it breaks down. After a few weeks I was sinking into it almost as bad as the top side. (I do sleep in the same spot every night) . I will move over to the un-soft side when my back starts to hurt. I don't anticipate this lasting more than a year.
