update *I spoke to May from Sport Pet Designs through email who very kindly refunded me for this purchase via amazon gift card and allowed me to return the carrier even though I didn't keep all the materials. Unfortunately after my refund they emailed me several more times asking me to change my star rating, right up until I blocked them. I believe it is against Amazon guidelines to try to make people change their review of your defective product.* I was really excited to get this for our new 4 legged baby. It looked like it would be really comfortable for her, and easier to carry and convenient to store since it folds down, but I don't like it at all. It looks dangerous. In what is supposed to be the locked position it takes very little pressure to cave in the sides, and it takes less than the strength of the average cat to hook a paw from the inside and pull the sides in, allowing for injuries and escape. This looks like an accident waiting to happen. I will not use it and wish I could return it. Also the description said the bed could be machine washed but the tag right on it plain as day says not machine washable.
