I brought this product because I have a Samsung tv so I thought the Samsung sound bar would be compatible. Well this sound bar is not supported by the app (Smartthings) which is required in order to pair the tv with the sound bar. It truly is unbelievable that a brand new product isn’t not able to pair with the app. The only option is to connect the sound bar to the tv with a cord. This is 2020, no one wants to use a cord, everything else is wireless. The only way to update firmware on the sound bar is with usb. The technology is archaic. Amazing that a Samsung sound bar cannot pair with a Samsung tv
