I use coconut oil in my coffee every day, and as much as I appreciate Amazon and many of the branded products, this is not one I'd buy again. Mostly, it has a kind of sweet, berry-like flavor, unlike other organic coconut oils I've used. When I drop a spoonful into hot coffee, it doesn't liquefy consistently but leaves behind lots of little lumps that take longer to dissolve. Finally, the label says it's sourced from Viet Nam, Sri Lanka, and The Philippines: not countries widely known for their strict environmental or work practices regulation. I"m not 100% convinced it's 100% coconut oil, and moving forward I'll spend an extra buck to get a much better product. Just my 2¢. Sorry, Jeff!
