I've been using Breville's juicers for nearly a decade, owning two prior IKON models. I was excited to learn that their is a cold press fast juicer, but was disappointed when the unit, and the replacement unit, were both defective. Worse yet, the second unit especially sounded dangerous, as if metal or stone was being ground in the unit. I never had these issues with the prior two models I owned. Breville has agreed to send me a third replacement unit, however, denied my request for a discount, which I think is warranted as I'm spending money (buying return boxes) and time returning these items. Will update once I receive the third unit.
