Pros: -picks up dust Cons: -Does not "extend" as advertised -falls apart immediately -leaves pieces of string everywhere I originally looked for a product like this to "go green" and stop using throwaway dusters and settled on this product because of all the amazing reviews, but after using it, I feel ripped off... Straight out of the box this duster was a hassle. The "wand" did not extend and seemed to be locked into place. After trying different methods to extend the wand, because there aren't any instructions, I was able to extend it by pulling hard. Once the arm is extended however, it has no way of locking into place while extended and just collapses into self and is never able to reach anything (the entire purpose of having an extendable wand). Unfortunately, I cannot upload videos into the review to show this. Also while dusting, the duster piece constantly leaves behind pieces of itself so you have to clean up after it.(See photo)
