I was okay with the service until upon launching the app today it tried to forced an update that repeatedly failed to load. I've now been informed that Direct Now just stopped supporting the Fire TV box without Alexa support. No notice given to my knowledge and I had already been billed for the service. So this is typical utility nonsense. My service was just fine and the next moment nothing.
